The SchoolConnects product has improved communication not only with our parents from bus delays but there are other benefits that we did not consider in the selection of the product. For example we use it to provide notification of route changes prior to the information being sent home. This closes the gap for any of the students that may have been on the bus that day.
The positive feedback from the parents has been wonderful. They just want the information so they can adjust the day and manage their commitments. The school division in turn is demonstrating that they are committed to ensuring the safety of their children.
