"The School Connects software program offfered through SynreVoice Technologies is very user friendly. The capabilities within the program are exactly what any school needs - attendance calls, email capabilities, setting up groups to send out information specific to a particular group, emergency messages, text messaging and the ability to email report cards to parents are features that our school uses often.
The sales staff and the technical support team are very helpful and always return help desk tickets on a timely fashion. Our School is very pleased with the service we receive from Synrevoice Technologies."

The SchoolConnects product has improved communication not only with our parents from bus delays but there are other benefits that we did not consider in the selection of the product. For example we use it to provide notification of route changes prior to the information being sent home. This closes the gap for any of the students that may have been on the bus that day.
The positive feedback from the parents has been wonderful. They just want the information so they can adjust the day and manage their commitments. The school division in turn is demonstrating that they are committed to ensuring the safety of their children.
Brian Hauptman Parkland School Division
