Course administration and planning ContinuED™ provides excellent tools for Con-Ed administrators to create, change, and monitor all course and program details.

Registration deadlines can be set and enforced. Maximum class size can be established, overflow can be automatically assigned to a waiting list, and individual or group transfer to other locations or to other courses can be accomplished with a single click. Minimums can also be set and administrators are automatically informed if these minimums are not reached by a specific date, allowing alternative plans, course cancellation decisions or other changes to occur in a timely manner.

Customization ContinuED™ provides preferences, email templates, registration forms, approval forms, and value lists that allow administrators to customize the package to best suit the user's environment.

There are multiple preferences available, from screen colours and general defaults, to authentication and payment processor settings. There are unique settings for courses, users, attendance registers, and resources. ContinuED™ is also fully expandable to accommodate credit and non credit courses and all future courses and ministry changes.

Facilities ContinuED™ enables administrators to maintain details on all facilities that are available for course delivery.

It also monitors and notifies administrators of facility conflicts. Customized emails to facility managers/supervisors identify the audio/visual and technological equipment that instructors require. Facility costs are tracked and assigned to appropriate budget categories.

Increase accountability The break even nature of Con-Ed centres necessitates highly accurate accounting and reporting processes.

ContinuED™ has been designed to produce multiple logistical and financial reports required by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Universities, Colleges and Training and other provincial and federal funding agencies.

ContinuED™ will be an asset to many organizations ContinuED™ has not been designed exclusively for use by school districts.
