SynreVoice Technologies Inc. is an employee owned company founded in 1991. We are dedicated to serving the K-12 community. Our flagship product SchoolConnects is specifically designed for schools and school districts.

Since we began serving the education community in 1993, we have been committed to satisfying the communication needs of the education community with reliable, easy-to-use and cost effective solutions. At present, SynreVoice is trusted by over 7,500 schools and school districts that use SchoolConnects daily to enhance communication with the parents of over 4 million students. Over the past 15 years, SynreVoice has gained a very good understanding of the workings of the K-12 community. We maintain close relationships with many different software vendors serving this community to facilitate the use of SchoolConnects with other popular school software.

The success of SynreVoice is built on complete customer satisfaction. We are dedicated to providing customer service that is second to none. A highly satisfied customer base has helped us grow steadily in the last 17 years. We recognize that our customers need products and services that help them perform better with fewer resources. This is why we dedicate more of our resources to customer service and product development to address our customers' needs than to marketing and sales.

We have learned that a technologically superior product does not guarantee user acceptance in the K-12 community. It must be easy to use. Our goal is to bring forth products and services that are simple and intuitive for casual users while offering depth and sophistication for technically savvy and demanding power users.

We build complete customer satisfaction one customer at a time. Recognizing that although schools for the most part are similar each has their own unique challenges, we provide tailored service and training to meet the exact needs and preferences of our customers.

We have also learned the importance of patience and persistence. In order to serve the K-12 community well, our support staff must be patient and understanding of the hectic work environment in the average school office. We are persistent in helping our customers overcome all hurdles, whether internal or external, whenever they encounter difficulties using SchoolConnects.

Our help desk is staffed with highly trained and experienced specialists whose only job is to support SchoolConnects' users. They have on average more than 5 years of experience supporting SchoolConnects.

We actively help our customers make full use of SchoolConnects to maximize the benefits to all stakeholders. Our customer care team proactively contacts all of our customers. We encourage our customers to use SchoolConnects fully and introduce functions and features that they may not have taken advantage of.

We also listen to our customers - a lot. Their valuable input and feedback guide us in our relentless pursuit for improvement.
