| How Long Will it Take? |
Each session only takes about 20 minutes. We can certainly chat longer if you have any questions.

| Where Do I Need to Go? |
You don't have to go anywhere. You can see the demonstration from the comfort of your own office. We use an on-line virtual conference service that works over the Internet.

|
| What Equipment Do I Need? |
All you need is a PC or Apple computer with a web browser like Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator and a relatively fast Internet connection at 128K or higher speed. Slower Internet access will work as well, but your screen refresh will be slow. You will also need a telephone next to the computer to hear the live explanation from the demonstrator. If a group of people are planning to attending, a speakerphone would be ideal. A projector connected to your PC would let a group of people on your side to view the demo together.
