| PowerSurvey Conducts Interactive Telephone Surveys |
| SchoolConnects' highly flexible interactive response capabilities enable your school to invite immediate responses to your messages and conduct comprehensive surveys. Questions can be structured intelligently. Respondents need not be asked questions that are irrelevant or inappropriate for them based on their previous responses. This reduces the time needed for each respondent to complete a survey and results in a higher completion rate. Responses can be in the form of telephone keypad input or a voice message. Keypad input can be easily tabulated or exported for statistical analysis. User-friendly tools are available to help you retrieve the voice messages left by survey respondents and transcribe them for reporting.

| QuickCall Broadcasts School Notices by Phone |
The QuickCall module within SchoolConnects can deliver a variety of school messages to parents, students and staff. For example, you can send out parent night invitations, notices for PTA meetings, school trips, report card distribution, immunization, overdue library materials, unreturned text books, bus route changes, safety issues, etc. It helps save time, costs, and trees by eliminating the need for preparing and mailing out printed notices.
|
| SchoolConnects comes with a wide selection of ready-to-use message templates that enable you to send out notices without having to record any voice messages at all. |

| Econnects Delivers Messages by E-Mail |
|
Parents who have access to Internet e-mail can also have absence and other school notices sent to their private e-mail addresses in addition to being called. E-mail is more private and secure. It is a better medium for lengthy and detailed messages. Messages can be sent by e-mail at a much higher speed than by phone. |

| Student Absence Reporter Delivers Absence Notices Daily |
|
Student Absence Reporter can import absence lists from your student information management system and automatically call and/or email parents and guardians to notify them of student absences. It conveys information specific to each absence incident, including the date of absence and periods missed. Conveying incident-specific information greatly reduces phone calls from parents who need clarification. SchoolConnects can also ask parents to indicate the reason for the absences using the telephone keypad or by leaving a voice message. The reason for each absence can be listed on screen or printed on reports. In situations where certain students routinely intercept the messages, PIN numbers can be given to the parents to let them authenticate receipt of the messages. |

| User Access over Internet or Intranet |
|
The web browser based "thin client" user interface allows users to access SchoolConnects from anywhere over the Internet or intranet. For example, a teacher who has forgotten to make an important announcement regarding next class need not worry. With only a few mouse clicks on the teacher's computer in the classroom or at home, a message can be sent to all students.

| Detects Answering Machines |
|
SchoolConnects can detect answering machines very accurately and waits for the greeting message to be played out before starting to leave the school message on the answering machine. This helps ensure that the complete message is recorded on the answering machine. SchoolConnects can also get around telemarketer blocking devices. |

| TipLine for Anonymous Tips |
|
TipLine automatically disguises the voice of students leaving tip messages relating to bullying, violence, weapons and drugs at school. The voice recording is digitally altered with an element of randomness, rendering the disguise completely irreversible and thus making students feel more comfortable providing tips. SchoolConnects automatically and immediately notifies designated staff whenever a new tip message has been left by a caller. Your school or district can designate a roster of personnel to be notified for different times of the day and different days of the week. |
